dalasverdugo:  The new contact form on Vimeo is live, as a part of the also-new Help system. It all looks and works SO GREAT! I’m really proud of everyone on the team who pitched in to make this happen, and so relieved that we now have a much better method of helping users. This has been a big project and one that is still not finished. Designing and implementing a completely new system to help users has been a pretty incredible project and one that we have desperately needed for a while. I am excited to see it come to life after almost 6 months in development. Hopefully people will be able to help themselves so much more with the tools we now provide. With 140k new users last month, and the site growing 17% month over month in most stats, the goal now is to make sure our incredible community can scale like I know it can.
