At long last, we are really really thrilled to share with you our new COCOA LATTE GOAT MILK CARAMEL.
The caramel features the most delicious white chocolate we could find from the extremely cool folks at Askinosie Chocolate. We found some Askinosie Chocolate in our local cheese shop long before we were making confections of our own and were so excited by the way they trace their chocolate for the customer to learn more about the story behind each bar. They have long been an inspiration so when we found out they also made their white chocolate with goats milk - we knew we had to get our hands on it!
In addition, just as the caramel is about to finish cooking, we pour in a few shots of organic fair trade espresso from Brattleboro’s local roaster: Mocha Joe’s to give the caramel that perfect perfume of a fresh brewed cup. We are not going to lie, this caramel is irresistible.
AND. AND. Check it out! We were in the Boston Globe yesterday.
I can only imagine the deliciousness.

War Paint for Trees by Jeff Frost
Timelapse master Jeff Frost headed to California’s Mojave Desert to shoot the stunning, starry vision that is “War Paint for Trees.” Jeff’s creative use of stop-motion, paired with his thoughtful tribute to our oxygen-producing pals, make this film a breath of fresh air. (Pun very much intended.) Jeff transforms the unhurried ebb and flow of the natural world to a tempo akin to time-travel, all the while capturing something ancient and unspoiled. Don’t miss the behind-the-scenes vid!
